(Received April 12, at 9 p.m.) A message from Gagina (Saskatchewan) says that the Co-operative Elevator Company, the largest grain company in the world, following a discussion which lasted for two days, voted to accept the offer of the Saskatchewan Wheat Pool to purchase the assets and business of the company, the total purchase to be fixed by arbitration. The Pool’s offer involved a payment prior to the meeting of 500,000 dollars, a second payment of 1,500,000 dollars on August 1, 1926, and annual payments thereafter of 1,000,000 dollars.—Reuter.
