ANOTHER ASPIRANT. TRAVEL BY AEROPLANE. (Press Aisociation—By Telegraph—Copyright.) PARIS, January 17. Lieutenant Elmile Equier, the latest Polar aspirant, announces that he will attempt to eaploro the Arctic in April by aeroplane. He will sail irt the ketch Perseverance to Greenland with eleven others. Thence he will sledge to the Mackenzie river where he will join the aeroplane.— A. and N.Z. Cable.
