MORAY PLACE SCHOOL JUBILEE.
A meeting of the Moray Place _ School Jubilee Committee was held on Tuesday evening, Mr A. M‘Gill presiding over a fair attendance of ex-pupils. The secretary reported that matters in connection with the various functions were well in hand, and that a good report had been received from expupils in various parts of the Dominion. Mr J. Wallace was unanimously appointed chairman for the jubilee celebrations. It was decided to hold a picnic on February 13 in conjunction with the present School Committee, the latter being appointed a committee to arrange for a suitably place a.nd carry out tlio details, .une following were appointed a committee in connection with the social and dance:—Mrs J. Hastie, Miss B. Sligo, Miss M. Do Keong, Messrs E. V. Fairbairn (convener), A. Sligo, and F E Hewall. 1 It has been decided to hold a roll call in the school playground during the celebrations, and the keen spirit already displayed augurs well for a successful jubilee.
