RADIO VISION EXPERIMENTS, BROADCASTING OF PUBLIC SPECTACLES. Pm* Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. WASHINGTON, August 3. _ “By 1935, perhaps sooner, any public spectacle trill be visible to persons without leaving their homes, iollowing the recent success of radio vision experiments. This is the opinion of Mr Atwater-Kent, radio manufacturer and a member of the Hoover Broadcasting Committee, who is here inspecting a radio motion- picture device. He believes that broadcasting moving pictures will be the next outstanding advance in the field of wireless communication. Ha says that the cost of a home vision machine is speculative, but it might, be made as accessible as the high-class sound-receiving sets which are now marketed. —-A. and N.Z, Cable. MESSAGES FROM THE ARCTIC. MYSTERIOUS SCREEN PENETRATED. NEW YORK, August 3.
