WEALTHY MAN'S AFFAIRS
CLAIM BY SECOND WIFE.
NEW YORK, June 23. The young second wire of Mr S. S Krosge, a “five and 10 cents store” magnate, sued him for a separation, also for stock in the company worth 7,000,000 dollars (about £1,400,000), which, she claimed, Krcsge promised her before the wedding when she relinquished her dower rights. Kresge’s first wife obtained her divorce in 1924, and was awarded 3,000.000 dollars (about £600,000).
