(Received August 13, at 7.10 p.m.) _ Submarine X 26, the largest in the British Navy, has returned to Portsmouth after a record unaccompanied voyage of 20,000 miles to the Far East, and back. This is regarded as a triumph in submarine construction. —A. and N.Z. Cable.
