A Toronto .message says that the delegates to the Intel-national Rotary Convention rose to their feet and cheered rousingly when Mr Taunijiro Miyaoka (the Japanese representative of tho Past and Present Tokio Club) was announced to speak. Ho said tliut no solution of human affairs was just and would stand the test of "time unless it was based •on dictates of heart and conscience. “There is no" boundary lino m our brotherhood. In was announced that the registration was 8605, including 5846 representatives of 20 countries. The clubs represented numbered 1393. During tho day greetings were received from the King and Oaecn of England, the Viceroy of India (Lord 'leading). H e King of Denmark, General Smuts, and President Coolidge ; also from the Prime Ministers and Presidents of Peru, Uruguay, Canada, Newfoundland, Brazil, Belgium, and Mexico. —Reuter.
