TO-NIGHT’S NEW BILL. Many good thinprs are promised in the new programme to be presented at the Princess Theatre this week. The big change commencing this evening will furnish a fine bill of fare and its merits will be much enhanced on .Tuesday with the advent of two fine new variety acts. Tonight the ever-popular George Wallace and his 00-revueists will present a clever and amusing 70-minute revue, “The Pickled Porter,’’ one of the most original and continuously funny pieces in Mr Wallace's remarkable repertoire. This show relates the promiscuous misadventures of the porter of a hotel, alternately the butt of the guests or the originator of pranl: s on them. There is much extempore matter, and in this, as patre-s "ow know, Wallace’s talent shines at its best. lie is well supported, and the rerun replete with clever musical numbers and dance diversions An entirely new programme of vaudeville will be presented by George Edwards and Co., the St. loons.
