AN AMERICAN TORNADO
TWENTY PERSONS KILLED. GREAT DAMAGE DONE. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright NEW YORK, June 26. (Received June 26, at 8.30 p.m.) Telegrams from St. Paul (Minnesota) report that tornadoes and rain storms are sweeping the central and north-west portions of the State. Twenty persons were killed, the telegraph service was wrecked, standing crops were devastated, and passenger boats were capsized.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
