It has settled many questions, including the reparations payable by the Greeks and the Turks to the Allies, on the basis of the Allies not claiming further reparations beyond the 6.000. of gold Turkish pounds already seized at the Deutsche Bank, and the 6.000. already paid to Britain for two warships built before the war but not delivered owing to the declaration of wax. —A. and N.Z.
