(Received March 2, at 7.15 p.m~) ' It is understood that the result of Lord Askwith’s decision in the Canadian war debt question awards Canada 8,000,000 dollars instead of the 35,000,000 dollars claimed. It was a question whether the debt was repayable at the rate of exchange prevailing when contracted or when repaid.—Times.
