LAUSANNE CONFERENCE. TURKS DRAFTING A TREATV. PARIS, January 9. The Petit Parisian's Hausanne correspondent states that the Turks arc drafting a counter treaty, which will be handed to the Allies after they have completed theirs. Since the failure of the Paris Conference the Turks have been considering the desirableness of making separate treaties with the States represented at the conference.—A. and N.Z. Cable.
