TRIANGLE TENNIS CLUB
CLOSING "'BANQUET. About 60 -members of the Triangle Tenni* Club sat down at a closing banquet on Saturday evening. Mr J. Sinclair, tliq club president, was in the ohair, and put through the toast list in a breezy manner. He presented trophies to Miss Foley for most improved play in the seniors and Miss Carline for the same in the junorn, also to Mr Nield for most -improved play, among the men. 1 During the evening items wre rendered by Misses Dull, Hendra, and M‘Grath, cofnmunity singing being indulged in under the leadership of Mr Drew, iho toast list included “The King,” “The Y.W.C.A., and the Y.M.C.A.," “The Ladies,” and “The Secretaries.” Special mention was made of the excellence of the catering, which was in the hand* of Mrs Martia.
