NATIONALITY OF DOMINION IRISHMEN. A DIVERGENCE OF OPINION. Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright. PARIS, January 25. (Received Jan. 26, at 8.10 p.m.) The Irish Congress is debating the problem of the nationality of Irish living in the British dominions. An Australian delegate emphatically declared that ho was an Australian first and an Irishman second. A South African expressed himself similarly. A delegate representing the Irishmen living in Scotland said they were Irish citizens living in Scotland and not British citizens.
