OUSTING LIANG SHIH IT Press Association—By Telegraph—Copyright^ PEKING, January 25. President Chang Tsao Lin announced that ho had granted the Prime Minister. Liang Shih Yi, leave of absence, appointing the Foreign Minister (W. W. Yen) as Acting Prime Minister. In this is seen the success of General Wu Pei Fu’s move to oust Liang Shih Yi, whose definite resignation is expected shortly.—A. and N.Z. Cable. [A previous cablegram stated that General Wu Pei Fu had instructed General Hunan at Hupeh to send an ultimatum to the Peking* Government giving the Cabinet of Liang Shih Yi three days in which to resign. The Cabinet replied refusing to resign under any circumstances.]
