In his characterisation of Paul La Rue, the ruthless leader of a band of lawless ’lumberjacks, Mitchell Lewis gives the most brilliant performance of Iris screen career. “Faith of the Strong” is a picture that will appeal strongly to the classes and the masses; "full of heart interest, with now and novel situations that ensure its entertainment qualities. In addition, the latest Gaumont Graphic, a pictograph, and the seventh episode of the “Silent Avenger” serial. At the afternoon sessions a Charlie Chaplin comedy will be shown.
