CARNIVAL WEEK
The Citizens’ Committee, which was formed with the object of providing’ accommodation for visitors to the city during Carnival Week has been doing good work. Numerous applications from intending visitors have been filled, and the committee states that accommodation is still available in selected private homes for 1500 people, so ‘hat country people need only apply to the secretory, Mr H. Divers, Empire Buildings, to be assured of securing good accommodation during their visit.
