WASHINGTON, December 17.
(Beceived Dec. 19, at 8.10 p.m.) The United Press Agency learns that it is expected that Great Britain -will ask the United States to settle the unstable conditions in Mexico. Britain has been experiencing great difficulties in obtaining her rights in Mexico regarding the exportation of oil. It is felt certain that the proposed League of Nations -will require the United States to cause the requisite order for the recognition of foreign rights in Mexico. —A. and TST.Z. Cable.
