(Received Dec 20, at 0.45 a.m.) The Press Bureau states that in view of the_ general shipping situation and the reatriation of various expeditionary forces and. dependents, little or no shipping -will be available for emigrant traffic before next autumn at the earliest.—A. and N.Z. and Renter.
