BOLIVIA TAKES PRECAUTIONS.

(Received Dec. 19, at 7.30 p.m.) A new Bolivian Cabinet has been formed to strengthen the Government in view of the differences between Chile and Peru. The Cabinet comprises the following Ministers:—Foreign Affairs, Senor A. Kutnse; -, Senor A. ' Cntiorrea; In, tenor, Senor Tejada; Education, Senor Bustamenti; Finance, Senor Dario Gutierrez; Works, Senor Vargos; War, Senor Quinteros. —Reuter, via America.
