At a meeting of the executive of the North Canterbury branch of the Farmers' Union it was resolved : " That this executive heartily endorses the letter forwarded by the_ South Canterbury Farmers' Union Executive to the_ Minister of Agriculture on the wheat question as correctly "expressing the position from the growers' point of view, and further, we would emphasise the necessity of the Government coming to an early and final decision upon the different points submitted.
