Frederick Cate, claim £9 14s Id, for goods supplied, with costs (£1 3s 6d); A. K Wright (assignee of T. A. B. Wingfiold) v. J. Tobin, claim £1 2s 6d, on account stated and agreed upou, with costs (ss); £L C. Campbell v. Adams and Cardno claim £32 16s Id, for good supplied, with costs (£2 14s); Elizabeth C. Dreaver v. John M. Ellison, claim £8 14s 9d, on count stated and agreed upon, with costs (£1 8s 6d); R. 53. Tonkinson and Co v. Johnston Bros, and Co. (Bluff), claim £77, for goods supplied, with costs (£4 8s Oα).
