Toesdat, Januaey 30. (Before Mr H. A. Young, S.M.) Drunkenness.—Ada Sinclair, who did not appear, was lined 20s, in default 48 hours' imprisonment.—Edward Sydney Bailey JL<*earn pleaded guilty to a charge of drunkenness, Jilso to procuring liquor during the currency of a prohibition order, and resisting Constable xVlacartncy whilo in the execution of his duty at Mornington.
