AN OFFICIAL DENIAL.
LONDON, April 8. (Received April 9, at 5.5 p.m.) The Admiralty denies as sheer invention the story of the Dutch skipper published in the Dutch newspapers that he saw captured German submarines in the Thames under the command of British officers.
