KING CONSTANTINE.
THE BYZANTINE CROWN. VIENNA, August 30. (Received Aug, 31, at 5.5 p.m.) It is understood that King Constantine of Greece was crowned in May with the Imperial Byzantine crown, which has been preserved at Mount Athos, and that he will wear the Byzantine Emperor's purple mantle. This is likely to offend tho other Balkan States.
