FUTURE OF ADRIANOPLE.
, NEGOTIATIONS STARTED. SOFIA, . August 30. (Received Aug. 31, at 5.5 p.m.) The Government is negotiating with the l'orto over the Adrianople question. Its decision is due to Bulgaria's inability to sustain another campaign and also to the impossibility of raising a loan of £20,000,000 until the' present uhcertainty is ended.
A . DENIAL. ' LONDON, August 30. (Received Aug. 31, at 5.5 p.m.) R-euter denies the statement from Vienna that the 'Powers have agreed to boycott Turkey financially if Bulgaria and Turkey agree respecting Adrianople. .The Powers acquiesce in the prospect i of agreement.
