APPEAL FOR FUNDS.

In response to a widely-expressed wish for a memorial to his father, Mr Bra.niwell Booth has issued an appeal for £150,000 to establish a training institute to equip officers for service in all countries. He states that this project,deeply occupied the late General's mind.
