CHARGE AGAINST THE COMPANY DISMISSED.

At the instance of tho, Grey Lynn Borough Council tho Auckland Tramway Company was to-day proceeded against for failing oa August 14 to tun tho 7.32 p.m. car from Grey Lynn in accordance with tiho oompa.ny's timo-tablc submitted to and approved by the council.
