AUCKLAND, September 4. , Alexander Paterson, draper, of Havers, who was adjudicated a bankrupt on his own petition on February 16, 1906, with liabilities of £1600, applied to the Supreme Court to-day for annulment, on tho ground that tho Auckland court had no jurisdiction, because he was a resident ot Hawera, and that tho petition should bo filed thore.
