WANGANUI FREEZING COMPANY.
(Per, United Press Assocutiok.) WANGANUI. September 4, _ Tho annual meeting of the Wanganui Freezing Company was held to-day. Tho annual report showed a successful year. The balance of profit and loss, including £4036 16s 10(1 enrriert forward from last year, was £10,947 9s 6d. Tlio directors recommended a dividend of B.per cent., the necessary provision for depreciation, tho placing of £1000 to resorvo fund, and the carrying forward of tho balance. The report was adopted. Messrs Hall and Morton were elected auditors. The company intends to enlarge tho works to a capacity of 3000 sheep per day.
