The 'bonus certificates of tlio A.JI.P. Sooioty for the year ended 31st December, 1906, woro teued yesterday. There aro about 35,000 policies in Now Zealand participating in tho distribution, so that tho event is a matter of 'considerable interest to a largo proportion of our reactors. It is worthy of note that the cash bonuses divided represent an average return of over 36 per cent, of all participating assurance premiums received during the year-* striking testimony to the successful and economical working of the society. Tho ftcw Zealand Branch was opened on July, 1871. so that on tho Ist inst. it naxl completed 36 j'ears of existenoe, and now lias assurances in force, including bonus additions, totalling over 11 millions,
