PORT CHALMERS NAVALS. The Port Chalmers Navals fired the second. competition of the Hislop Cup Hatch for prizes presented by Captain Dodda and others. Conditions: Seven shots at 300, 500, and 600 yards. As in the first competition, the wind was yery deceptive, several having misses in their scores after a succession of good hits. The winner this year is Volunteer li. K. Johnston, with Volunteer Sonntag runner-up. Volunteer Johnston has shot very steadily riglit through, ond comes out with the good average «f 85, which is excellent for the Fairview Range.
