DUNEDIN PEOPLrTAKTi RESPECTFULLY ASKED TO ANSWER THESE QUESTIONS. Is there anything in the evidence of one's senses? Is there anything in the testimony of one's friends?

Can reliance bo placed on statements from people wo know? Arc the opinions of local citizens of any greater moment than those of strangers'^ Would you nooner believe people living in some far-away place -than citizens of your own city? think not,' for homo proof can easily be investigated. Mrs Catherine Kyio, Oxford etreet, South Dunedin, says:—"Two years ago I went into Marshall's Pharmacy and obtained a. box of Doan's Backache Kidney Pills, which I had been advised to try for liver and kidney troubles. I had been using various kinds of medicines, and had advice from doctors, but they never did mo a bit of good. Pains in my back used to be frightful, keeping me in bed for days; and, on one occasion, for three weeks I had headaches and giddiness and windy spasms. These spasms were very bad. My eyesight was far from good, specks floating about before the eyos. My secretions were too frequent and very thick. Well, four boxes of Doan's Backache Kidney Pills cured me, and I have been feeling grand ever since. People told me soon after I was cured how splendidly I looked, and that's just the way I feel. I never get backache, headache, and windy spasms now, and I've never used any of the pills since I finished the fourth box, now two years ago." Do not bo satisfied with any imitation of Doan'e Pills. It is important to get the remedy which cured Mrs Kyle, and they will cure you if you suffer as she did, but Iks sure the word "Backache" is iu tho name.

Doan's Backache Kidney Pills are sold by all chemists and storekeepers at 3s per box (six boxes 16s 6d), or will bo posted on receipt of price by Foster-McClellan ■ Co:, 76 Pitt street, Sydney, N.B.W. But be sure they are DOAN'S,
