ALL SAINTS CHURCH.
" THE CRUCIFIXION." A special Lenten service was held last night at All Saints' Chinch, r.t the conclusion of which "The Crucifixion" (Sir John Staineri was snug by the members of the church choir. Mr F. V. Blwuliord and Mr J. A. Baggitt look respectively the tenor and bass solos incidental to tho music, and Mr A. W. Lilly, "F.G.C.M., acted as organist. The rendering which the choir gave of Sir John Staincr's beautiful and impressive setting was an excellent one, and reflected the greatest possible credit upon the individual singers and upon Iho choir conductor (Mr Haggitt). During the service a special collcction in aid of the organ fund was taken up,, and before tho congregation dispersed the Rev. llr Bedford announced '.hat "The Crucifixion" would be repeated on Wednesday next.
