TEACHERS' SALARIES.
(Pee United Press Association.) FEILDING, March 21. Some time ago the chairman of> the Wanganui Educaticm Board asked the Minister of Education to ascertain tlio possibility of paying teachers' salaries in cash through the post office, and at last night's meeting of tho board a letter was rcccived from the department askinp; for data about the cost of distributing teachers' salaries, so as to compare it with the post- office charges, with a view to introducing the reform suggested.
