TARANAKI PETROLEUM.
(Per United Peess Association.) NEW PLYMOUTH, March 21. Active boring operations were commenced this morning by the Bonithorn Petroleum Syndicate, whose property is on the western boundary of Now Plymouth, about half a milo from the Taranaki Petroleum Company's works. The Inglewocd Company's directors have received a cable from their expert (Mr M'Donald), stating that the plant is being shipped from Vancouver.
