WKSTPORT, March 20. The Arbitral ion Court, which has boon at Wcstport since .Monday, heard a case of alleged breach of award brought by ihe Denniston Miners' Union against the Westport Coal Company. The union allegod that- certain miners should have been paid threepence extra per ton for work done in Peacock's section of ihe mine, where, they alleged, there was a bad or false roof. The company contended that the roof was clean and hard, and the miners were not entitled lo extra payment, .ludgment was reserved.
