CAPETOWN, April 29. ' (Received April 29, at 11.30 p.m.) Wages on the Rand for native labourers now range from 30s to 60s a month, besides a bonus upon their reengaging. The Imperial Treasury Commissioner scathingly condemns all branches of the Natal Administration, and makes farreachinf recommendations in connection therewith
The Trade Commissioner to the Transvaal reports that after tiro years a great mining and industrial development will ensue, with great accession of trade.
