THE DREYFUS CASE.

(Received April 29, at 11.7 a.m.) In connection with the Dreyfus case a now fact has come to light through a letter now published for the first time, wherein Coimt Minister (then German Ambassador to France) informed Baron Reiuach that nobody at the German Embassy had any relations with Dreyfus, and added that a French spy with whom Captain Schwartzkoppen, the German military attache, had dealings was none other thau Major Esterhazy.
