Lodge Hope of Duneclin,' 1.0.G.T., received an official visit' from the Alliance Lodge at their assembly on Friday evening last, and were also attended by numerous', visitors from other loages... The secretary' (Sis.; F.. Clark) reported that^the sale of work liacT been a' social and financial success: Bro. E. M'Kinlay, D.D.G.C.T:, presented the prizes (gold and silver brooches) in, connection therewith as. follow -_For the best cake, Sis. M. Martin 1, Sis. Sutherland 2; for the best child's dress, Sis. Braune; for the best apron, Sis. E. Martin; ! for the best-dressed dolt, Sis. White; lodge service prizes,' Sis. Collier 1, Sis. Morrison 2: In adjudicating the awards the lodge were favoured by the services of Mesdaraea W. Saunders, G. C. Israel, and C. K. *Hop'e of .Caversham Lodge, I-O.G/T., celebrated their fourth anniversary on Thursday with a concert. Bro. Parkinson, P.D.D., occupied the chair. A good, programme was submitted. Songs were contributed by Bros. Donovan, Morrison, Packer (2), K. M'Kinlay (encored), and Sarideman, Sisters A. and F. Ihoru and Miss Wilson; recitations by Bro. Dunn and Sis. Donovan; and a cornet solo by Bro. Low. The graphophbne was 'manipulated by Bro. Taverner. ' ..
