ATTEMPTED SUICIDE.

Wellington, February 19,
Annie Laurenson, aged 29, wife of an expressman, attempted to csmmifc suicide this afternoon by taking a dose of solution of match heads. ' She was taken to fche hospital, where she lies in a precarious state. She had hid a quarrel with her husband.
