The body of George Fowl*y, aged 28, missing from the Kensington survey camp, Port Charlei, has been found on the beach at the foot of a cliff with the skull fractured and an arm broken. He had been trying to capture wild goats, and fell over. He was the son of a cabdriver in Auckland named Fowley.

At the inquest on Parkinson a verdict ol suicide while temporarily insane was returned. The man's financial affairs were in good order, and he left some property by his will. His lifo was insured in favour of hia widow.

John Ecoleston, Eged 60, Siviug at Hobsonville, was lifting a sheep into a cart when he complained of a pain in his chest. He died shortly afterwards.

A man named Thomas Morris, employed on the Awamoa estate, while leading-in, fell from fche top of a dray loaded with sheaves, and broke his neck. He leaves a wife and family.
