NORTH-EAST VALLEY BOROUGH COUNCIL.

The monthly meeting of the North-East Valley Borough Council was held last night, and was attended by the Mayor (Mr Arthur), Crß. Russell, Saoonss, Evans, Bailey, Macandrew, and Campbell.
