It lias now been definitely decided to despatch tho whole of the Indian contingent of GOOO troops to India. All necessary preparations for tho despatch aud victualling of the troops are completed, and the force will sail without delay. London, July 2Gth. Tho London Times, in a loading article to-day on tho Egyptian question, strongly urges a future British protectorate over Egypt. ' Constantinople, July 26th.
