TREATMENT FOR RABIES. Paris, December 21. : Thirty-three persons have received the Pasteur treatment at Lyons for rabies. The outbiieak lias been traced to a mad dog,' but. there are a. large number of other dogs at large for which proper precautions have been neglected.
