Mr Hamilton appeared for the County Council. —Breaches of tho Impounding Act. — - Frank Godwin, charged with two broaches of the Impounding Act by Raiijier Williamson pleaded not guilty, and after hearing evidence tho cases weru dismissed. —Polieo Cases.— I'liilip Richards, ;l prohibited person, charged on two informations with procuring liquor, was fined Li, with 7s c:'st.-. on each charge. .fas. Ready (Mr Hamilton), charged with using obscene language and with assaulting Constable J)onornn, was acquitted on tho first.-charge and fined 10s. with costs 17s 6d, for assault. —Civil Cases.— John Moore v.
