At a meeting of the Regatta Committee a motion to reject the umpire's decision in the sculling race was negatived by 4 to 3, and further consideration of the matter was deferred till this evening. The umpire withdrew his disqualification of Young for fouline, the contact being very slight. Arrived, atnoon—-Hauroto,from Lyttelton. DUNEDIN. March 29. Kerr's factory was insured in the North German for LSOO. The Official Assignee sold the premises a fortnight ago. There have been heavy thunderstorms with biting showers all the afternoon.
