TO THE EDITOR. Slit,—Will you kindly answer tlie following questions ; 1. Is the holder of a small grazing run allowed to take a white crop oft' the ground ? 2. Is he at liberty to let this ground for wheat cropping ? By answering you will oblige Inquirer. Kurow, June 8, 1891.
