WILHELM MAY LEAVE HOLLAND RUMOURS OF CONSPIRACY! (Sydney “Sun” Cable.) LONDON, August 27. The “Daily Mail” correspondent in Paris states that the “Petit Parisian's” Holland correspondent reports that a number of German monarchists and wealthy industrialists have arrived at Doom, and are plotting for the exKaiser’s return to Germany. They maintain that he is merely bound by his word of honour not to leave Holland, and, if the circumstances compelled the breaking of his word, it would be entirely a matter for his own conscience.
