ADVISORY TRUSTEES
A business man may have obeyed an impulse to examine the claims of the Public I’rustee to perform efficiently the duties of Executor and Trustee. He may by careful inquiry have satisfied himself that the long ahd wide experience of the Office which has the State Guarantee of fidelity offers the best possible undertaking that liis family's welfare will be in safe hands after his death. The nature of his aseets may be such, however, as to make him desire, as an additional safeguard, that in administering his estate his Executor and Trustee should obtain the advice of some friend who lias an intimate knowledge of his affairs and in who6B judgment he has every confidence. The provision in the Public Trust Office Act permitting of the appointment 6f private advisory Trustees to act with the Public Trustee exactly meets such a state of affairs. D—lo.
